It's been a while...Okay, It's really been FOREVER.

For those of you that actually check this thing and read it I offer you my deepest apologies. I know I haven't posted in forever. Who knew moving from Missouri, trying to get settled into a house, helping Derron get settled in his practice, raising 4 kids, and trying to adjust to life back in South GA would be so hectic.
So, to catch everyone up we're all doing well. Derron is super busy. The practice is growing and I am so incredibly proud of my husband. To watch him do the thing he loves so much every day makes me so happy. Gavin is Mr. All Star. He has grown 4 1/2 inches and gained 20 lbs since we've been here. I'll do the math for you. He's 5'4" and weighs 116 lbs. He plays football, runs cross country, wrestles, and plays baseball. He's studying to get his learner's permit this summer when he celebrates his 15th birthday. Madison has blossomed into quite the little actress. She has put her dramatic flair to good use. She loves being on the stage. She is currently taking tap, ballet, jazz, & hip hop. She is going to attend a Drama camp this summer. She will also be competing in the National American Miss Georgia Pageant in July in Atlanta in the Pre-Teen division. She is super excited. It's her first pageant. It's NOT a glitz pageant(toddlers & tiaras). They don't allow girls under 12 to wear makeup and all dresses have to be age appropriate. She's really looking forward to it and I know this is going to do wonders for her self esteem. Callie is still our academic super star. She is doing extremely well in school. She also takes tumbling and is working on sticking her back handspring right now. She is really interested in singing so, hopefully I can find someone to work with her vocally. Olivia is...a PISTOL! She's crazy, insane, full of life, funny, and the center of all of our worlds. She is growing so fast. And she's incredibly smart. She talks non stop and says the funniest things. It's hard to believe that she will be 3 in August. I am doing well. I've lost 90 lbs. That's right. 90 pounds! The old fashioned way. I had no surgical help. I'm officially down to a size 6. Hopefully one day soon Derron will nip and tuck the sagging skin that won't disappear from being stretched out from having 4 kids. LOL! I do get BOTOX and I'm not ashamed of that.
Moving back to GA has been an adjustment for all of us. But, overall we are really happy to be back near family and childhood friends.

That's all for today. Maybe I won't wait so long before I update again.
